Sermon Pipeline Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
Sermon Pipeline is an internal tool used by Woodland Park Baptist Church to publish recordings of its own sermons to the church's own YouTube channel. It isn't offered to the public, and only church staff who manage that channel sign in to it.
What it accesses. With permission from the channel's owner, the tool uses Google's YouTube services to upload sermon videos and captions, manage a review playlist, and delete temporary review copies on the church's channel. It doesn't access any other Google account data.
What it stores. The tool keeps a sign-in token securely on a computer at the church, so it can keep uploading to the channel. It doesn't collect information from website visitors or people who watch the church's videos.
Sharing. We don't sell this information or share it with anyone. It isn't used for advertising.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements.
Removing access. The channel's owner can remove the tool's access at any time from their Google Account permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
