Camo and florescent orange aren't mandatory, but they are highly encouraged. These "bubbas" meet to encourage and equip each other through the study of God's Word. In January, the group will be beginning a new study utilizing Every Man A Warrior material.

Another Hand is a ministry which lends that helping hand to those in need. Those that need assistance may include a sufferer from a natural disaster, a single mom, or a widow(er). Men in this group have the skills and training to assist in home repairs, tree removal or other needs around the house that the individual or family just can't do either due to finances or health.
The Disaster Relief team of WPBC falls under this category. We team up with the Hamilton County Baptist and TN Baptist Disaster Relief Team to respond as needed to local, regional or national disasters. Training is needed to become certified in a number of areas. Click here for more information.
Every Man a Warrior is a discipleship Bible study that "Helps men succeed in life." It deals with the battles that men fight every day and how God has practical solutions. It teaches men how to apply Biblical truth in the area of money, marriage, raising children, sex, work, hard times, and just how to make your life count!!
The key to the success of these groups is the small group setting in which men can be accountable to two or three other men. Groups meet different days and times, and new groups are always forming on a regular basis.

There are a lot of golfers out there, and we want to make sure they all get "linked" up. There is only one "fair way" to do that! You don't want to "tee" anyone off and "drive" anyone away! Okay, enough of that...LOL! These guys love to golf and fellowship together.
Each Spring there is an 8 week 9 hole tournament. Guys are put in foursomes, score are kept and prizes are awarded at the end of the eight weeks. No pressure, just fun. We use our time each week to also pray for requests that have been given to us. It's kind of special to huddle up and pray before each hole starts.
We also have an annual Bridge Builders Tournament. The winning team gets their names immortalized on the Church trophy with all bragging rights. Contact Carl Willis or Tony Autry for more information.
